We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
To request a return, please contact us at marie@belleandbramble.co.uk with your order details.
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return (for example, bespoke or made-to-order pieces). If you’re unsure, please get in touch before purchasing.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
