Shipping policy

At Belle and Bramble Interiors, every order is carefully packed and prepared by hand.

 

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note - Handmade wreaths are individually handcrafted and may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched during busy periods.

Where possible, we will dispatch orders sooner and will keep customers updated if any unexpected delays occur.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes provided by courier companies are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Whilst we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by courier networks, weather conditions, industrial action, high parcel volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Urgent Orders

If you need an item for a particular occasion or by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and we’ll always do our best to help.

Whilst we can advise on estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee a parcel will arrive by a particular date once it has been handed to the courier.

 

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Belle and Bramble Interiors cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.

 

Safe Places and Alternative Delivery Instructions

If you provide alternative delivery instructions directly to the courier, including leaving a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Belle and Bramble Interiors cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been marked as delivered.

 

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery - £4.95

Free delivery on orders over £50.
